Greater Palm Springs Pride
Downtown Palm Springs is the setting for a vibrant, pedestrian friendly Pride Festival, unique to Southern California. A diverse array of artists, entertainers, multiple beverage gardens and purveyors of all sorts including, jewelry, snacks and sweets. Add all that to great shopping restaurants, clubs and entertainment venues located along world-famous Palm Canyon Drive and the result is like no place else – Palm Springs Pride.
The festival includes music stages, cutting edge DJ stages, dancing in the streets, food vendors, exhibitors and non-profit organizations.

In addition to the events in February, Modernism Week hosts the “Fall Preview” weekend in October. Partner organizations collaborate to produce a “mini-Modernism Week” to kick-off the active social and recreational season in Palm Springs.

Desert Trip
Not Happening in 2017
The Desert Trip festival was conceived with one thought in mind, bringing the top Rock ‘n’ Roll artists from the last 6 decades together on a single stage. Never before had artists Sir Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, Roger Waters, The Who, Bob Dylan, and Neil Young performed together at the same time. But that’s just what Desert Trip pulled off, and these 6 legends of Rock, took the stage at the 2016 Desert Trip music festival. The 2017 Desert Trip Festival will not be happening unfortunately!

Coachella Weekend 1
Congratulations Beyonce on your twins! As we predicted, the Coachella festival would probably be too much for mamma-to-bey, but we're sure Lady Gaga wont disappoint!
The adjusted headliners are Radiohead, Lady Gaga, and Kendrick Lamar. The lineup also features the return of Lorde, as well as the Avalanches. We're particularly excited about Father John Misty, Bon Iver, and New Order. The festival spans two weekends, from April 14 to 16, and April 21 through 23, and takes place once again at Empire Polo Field in Indio, California.

BNP Paribas Open
The BNP Paribas Open is the largest two-week combined ATP World Tour Masters 1000 and WTA Premier professional tennis tournament in the world. It is held annually in March and features the top men and women professional players competing in a 96 singles draw and 32 doubles draw. The tournament offers more than $10 million in prize money with each of the Champions earning a $1 million prize purse.

Modernism Week’s signature February Event is an annual celebration of midcentury modern design, architecture, art, fashion and culture. This exciting festival takes place in February in the Palm Springs area of Southern California. Modernism Week features more than 250 events including the Modernism Show & Sale, Signature Home Tours, films, lectures, Premier Double Decker Architectural Bus Tours, nightly parties and live music, walking and bike tours, tours of Sunnylands, fashion, classic cars, modern garden tours, a vintage travel trailer exhibition, and more.
